Ribaldo (Deep Sea Cod) Fillets

These fish are caught at a depth of more than 300 meters. Ribaldo is sought after for its white, succulent flesh. It is a popular fish used for further processing into fish fillets, fish fingers and fish bites. Its mild taste and soft texture makes it particularly popular with young children and elderly.

Frozen ribaldo fillets are layer-packed in 10kg cartons. Available all year round. Annual quota 500MT.
