| Swordfish or broadbill can vary in size from 5 KGs to 400KGs | The two main species caught for the fresh market are Bigeye, and Southern Bluefin tuna, we also catch smaller quantities of Yellowfin and Northern Bluefin Tuna | Where as the main target species are the, Bigeye, Southern Bluefin Tuna, we have large bycatch landings of Albacore that is sold to European markets in a frozen whole round form |

99% of all the Premiun Tuna species are exported Fresh Whole, but some damaged fish are cut for the local market | All fresh exports are shipped in large insulated cardboard coffins with sufficent ice to keep them at a low temp for the entire trip to market |
